Gemaal Klundert — predictive-maintenance field pilot

A field pilot at gemaal Klundert testing whether we can spot pump problems before they cause a failure. Two approaches run side by side: our own EVOLV digital twin on an OnLogic edge device (read-only, next to the PLC) and the third-party Siemens Senseye predictive-maintenance service. The aim is to learn which signals actually predict trouble — and how much our own twin can do versus a commercial tool.

In-house R&D work, 2026 (Strand B). No savings booked here — it is a proof-of-concept and benchmark; any future maintenance savings would be booked on the relevant EVOLV capability, not on this pilot.
