Repo hygiene:
- Add .repo-mem/, .codex, CLAUDE.local.md to .gitignore. These are
per-developer Claude Code state (memory store, IDE marker, per-machine
conventions) that shouldn't ever land in the repo. .repo-mem alone is
hundreds of MB on disk.
